Project Manager

This is a Kraków-based hybrid opportunity – 3 days from home per week.

As a Project Manager, you will be working for our client – a leader in the financial sector, driving a data-driven culture across the organization. You will be responsible for planning, mobilizing, and delivering high-complexity projects from definition to closure.

Your main responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head of Data for Traded Risk and Treasury Finance to align deliverables with the DAO Strategy

• Influence project approaches and build stakeholder buy-in
• Lead change initiatives with robust governance in line with bank’s Change Framework
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective project delivery
• Oversee stakeholder relationships across markets and GBGFs

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Extensive project management experience in large, complex global projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills, from Exco level to analysts
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience with Agile methodology and certifications (e.g., SAFe) are advantageous
• Familiarity with the standards and processes
• Excellent communication skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence
