As a Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a global banking institution, within the Wholesale Digital Lending Technology team. Your role involves leading change initiation, design, and delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for both technology and business change programs. You’ll engage with a wide spectrum of stakeholders across Client and oversee the implementation of modern technology hosting services and platforms.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver program strategy and approach across multiple projects
• Drive program and project delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Assist in decomposing complex business requirements into deliverable epics and user stories
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Technology team and Product Owner to drive productivity improvements through backlog management and Agile methodologies
• Lead staffing, resourcing, and scheduling efforts
• Ensure alignment of Technology programs with Client’s strategies
• Manage adoption of Technology practices and tools within the program
• Oversee development and promotion of technology portfolio and project management practices
• Accountable for all elements of program and projects, including financial management and software delivery

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Over ten years of experience in technology, specializing in project management and complex project delivery
• Knowledge of digital credit and lending products, including auto decisioning and customer journeys
• Ability to present and discuss impacts resulting from change
• Track record of successful delivery within timelines, cost, and specifications
• Experience in an offshore/onshore IT development environment
• Strong leadership and matrix management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands
• Proven ability to work with and through others in both IT and business units

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Professional Project Management qualification (PMP/PRINCE2/Six Sigma)
• First-class general academic track record
