As a Python Developer, you will work for our client, one of the world’s leading investment banks. You’ll join their Core Engineering group and play a critical role in developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable solutions for their Risk Remediation platform. You’ll collaborate with a talented team focused on building cutting-edge solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy within their risk management framework.

Your main responsibilities: Develop and test Python code for various projects, ensuring code quality and efficiency

• Utilize Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or Pyramid to build web applications
• Interact with databases such as DB2, Sybase/Sybase IQ, and MongoDB to manage data effectively
• Contribute to the automation of build and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines
• Work effectively in a Unix/Linux environment

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong Python programming skills and experience
• Familiarity with Python frameworks and database technologies
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
• Problem-solving and debugging abilities
• A passion for building robust and scalable software solutions
