As a Quantexa Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, on a critical project to enhance their data analytics capabilities. You will be part of a talented team, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to develop and maintain sophisticated data pipelines and analytical models.

Your main responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines using Quantexa’s platform

• Collaborate with data scientists to translate analytical requirements into technical solutions
• Implement efficient data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment processes
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data engineering and Quantexa technologies

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong proficiency in Scala programming language
• Experience with Apache Spark and the Hadoop ecosystem
• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Familiarity with SQL and Unix shell scripting
• Understanding of cloud technologies, preferably AWS
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• A passion for data and a desire to learn new technologies
