Elevate Customer Experiences as a SAS CI Studio Specialist!

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 days in the office/week)

As a SAS Customer Intelligence Specialist, you will be working for our client, one of the biggest banks, on a hyperpersonalization project. Your role will involve increasing customer engagement through the creation of advanced personalization processes. You will lead business discussions, manage project execution, and work closely with other units to ensure effective communication tailored to customers’ needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign outcomes and integrating solutions into the CRM system using SAS CI Studio.

Your main responsibilities: Build advanced personalization processes to increase customer engagement

  • Lead projects related to personalization, including idea generation and business coordination with different units
  • Summarize and provide recommendations for improvements in implemented activities
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain customer communication processes based on customer data
  • Implement communication processes in the CRM system using SAS CI Studio
  • Prepare analyses and summary materials of campaigns in English
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Analyze business data to support personalization strategies
  • Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Create reports and present them to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Experience with SAS CI Studio
  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign management and CRM processes
  • Higher education in a relevant field
  • Experience in designing and implementing business processes
  • Strong business data analysis skills
  • Ability to manage and interpret a large volume of diverse information
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Strong ambition, determination, and a willingness to learn quickly
