As a Scrum Master, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution focused on digital transformation. This role is embedded within the Digital Identity Sub-Value Stream, where you will collaborate with cutting-edge external vendors and internal teams to deliver a strategic global digital identity verification and authentication service. This innovative platform leverages advanced technologies like AI and ML to enhance customer experiences across multiple markets. You will play a crucial role in guiding agile teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions that align with the client’s digital innovation goals.

Your main responsibilities:

• Facilitating the delivery of working software from concept to live using Agile methodologies
• Aligning business goals with release plans to ensure timely delivery of features
• Fostering collaboration among teams and shielding them from external distractions
• Ensuring constant inspection and adaptation through agile ceremonies: daily scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Challenging the engineering team to improve processes and encouraging innovative thinking
• Identifying and mitigating delivery risks proactively
• Driving, tracking, and communicating the progress of sprints and releases
• Coordinating with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners to synchronize work between multiple scrum teams
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including ITPMs, ITSO, and architects, to improve overall team effectiveness
• Contributing to the growth and enhancement of the digital identity platform

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong practical experience and understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven experience in delivering complex projects on time and resolving issues at the team and organizational level
• Expertise in estimation techniques and planning for software development projects
• Exposure to the full development cycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Demonstrable ability to self-manage, take initiative, and drive solutions from inception to production
• Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, and MS Teams, Service-Now

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in managing teams delivering products utilizing cloud services
• Experience in scaling Scrum for multiple teams
• Exposure to working in a serverless AWS environment
