Senior Business Analyst (Credit Risk Management)

Warsaw-based opportunity with possibility to work remotely 2 days per week

As a Senior Business Analyst (Credit Risk Management), you will join the Data & Technology team within the Enterprise Risk Management organisation of our client – one of the largest private bank in the world. Their primary focus will be to work on the Enterprise Product Taxonomy (EPT) programme. The objective is to satisfy regulatory requirements and address a multitude of “product” data challenges experienced across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities: Review of existing systems and processes to understand current (legacy) product taxonomies

• Data analysis to understand usage of product taxonomies across the system landscape
• Assess impact of “replacing” legacy taxonomies with EPT
• Identify changes required in systems, processes and reports in order to incorporate EPT
• Define/manage delivery project plan
• Interaction with multiple stakeholders: Chief Data Office (CDO) teams, Technology, Business users, Senior Management
• Run working group sessions with relevant stakeholders
• Manage status and progress updates
• High Level Functional Scope and Requirements
• Define budget and resourcing requirements
• Detailed Business Requirements Document
• Detailed Delivery Plan for EPT Adoption

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Systems, data and report analysis experience
• Ability to build relationships confidently at all levels and handle competing priorities and deadlines
• Communication (spoken and written) skills – ability to synthesize system, data, reports and project plan information into business requirements documentation and presentations
• Data management principles: governance, mappings, transformation, sourcing, mastership, lineage
• Risk management concepts and processes in investment banking, preferably credit risk
• Regulatory compliance experience
