As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be working for our client, a global leader in the banking sector. The client is focused on driving innovation within the AI space, managing compliance with the EU AI Act, and ensuring that projects meet strict data quality and cybersecurity standards. You will play a crucial role in managing AI projects, overseeing governance processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an evolving team that shapes the future of AI governance and risk management.

Your main responsibilities: Managing the EU AI portfolio, reviewing and assessing compliance with the EU AI Act

• Overseeing the implementation of obligations related to the EU AI Act by AI service owners
• Managing AI governance tasks for key projects, ensuring adherence to Client’s AI Governance process
• Conducting risk steward reviews and providing recommendations for risk mitigation
• Obtaining external hosting approvals for AI systems and ensuring compliance with data sharing and privacy regulations
• Overseeing model risk management processes and ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Developing and maintaining documentation related to project plans, progress, and deliverables
• Preparing executive updates and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and overall IT and Cloud platforms
• Proficiency in data analysis and strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and governance skills
• Strong planning and execution discipline
• Proficiency in documentation, presentation, and executive update preparation
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act and its requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working with AI systems in compliance-heavy environments
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations in Europe
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
• Familiarity with the latest AI tools and platforms
