Test Lead

As a Test Lead, you will work on a project for our client, a leading financial institution, to ensure the seamless functioning of its systems and services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Leading the test team by providing a clear vision, confirmed plan, and strategy
• Ensuring development projects meet business and end-user requirements
• Implementing, maintaining, and improving test team principles and strategy
• Defining project-level functional and non-functional test approaches
• Managing and maintaining regression test packs
• Creating Project level Automation Framework and ensuring effective test automation
• Providing input into overall performance and NFR testing
• Coaching the test team in proper test procedures and review techniques
• Producing project estimates and collaborating closely with the Project Manager
• Working alongside Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers to understand business goals
• Providing regular reports to senior management

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Hands-on testing experience and willingness to undertake manual and automation testing
• Strong Test Lead experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Zephyr test tooling
• Good experience in test planning, reporting, coordination, and execution of all test activities
• Defect management expertise across all test phases and remediation activities including leading triage sessions for project-specific bugs
• Experience with automation testing tools including Selenium, Tosca, and test data creation tooling
• Leadership, conflict management, and problem resolution skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Financial services experience
• Experience working within globally distributed organisations
• Agile methodology familiarity
• Previous experience in Identity and Access Management
• Any exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ
