As a Unified Communication Expert Architect, you will be working for our client, a leading worldwide shipping and logistics group. Your role involves contributing to the evolution and transformation projects related to ToIP (Telephony over Internet Protocol) and Visio. You’ll analyze business needs within the context of technical projects, create functional requirements, and document technical specifications. Additionally, you’ll implement technical service requests, manage configuration modifications, and provide Level 3 support for ToIP and Visio incidents, ensuring seamless user support.

Your main responsibilities: Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements and technical specifications

• Implement technical service requests, including configuration modifications and expertise requests
• Provide Level 3 support for ToIP and Visio incidents, assisting users effectively

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proficiency in Unified Communication technologies, especially ToIP and Visio
• Strong analytical skills for business needs assessment
• Experience in documenting technical specifications
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 3 issues promptly
• More than 5 years of experience in Unified Communications Production and Operations
• Network technical skills are required
• Good understanding of all the building blocks of the information system, application layers, servers, virtualization, Cloud
• Curious, autonomous, and a team player
• Graduated in the IT field or equivalent
• Experience in migration projects, specifically from Cisco to Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies, such as VeloCloud
