As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution undertaking significant digital transformation projects. Your role will involve collaborating with various implementation teams to document processes, user stories, and perform data analysis while ensuring the adoption of Agile and DevOps principles. You will play a crucial part in shaping project requirements and driving efficiency through innovative solutions and practical decisions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Documenting as-is and to-be processes
• Creating epics and prioritized user stories following BDD (Behavior Driven Development)
• Building POCs and simple configurations
• Conducting and documenting data analysis and data modeling
• Making recommendations and practical decisions
• Acting as a product owner proxy when relevant
• Interacting continuously with implementation teams to remove blockers
• Promoting the adoption of Agile and DevOps principles

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst in diverse work environments
• Experience operating as a BA on a Dynamics 365 project, especially in unified routing requirements
• Previous experience in process documentation and knowledge of business process tooling
• A can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability in dynamic work settings
• Practical experience with Agile and DevOps tools like MSD DevOps pipeline, Confluence, etc.
• Strong communication skills for negotiation, collaboration, and stakeholder management
• Understanding of D365 servicing, power apps, and integration technologies
• Self-starter qualities with proactive engagement in tasks

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in feasibility assessment and business case development
• Ability to develop POCs in D365
• Competence in undertaking configuration activities
• Design thinking experience or willingness to gain practical experience
• Understanding of constraints associated with cloud-based platforms
