As an Agile Coach, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution with a focus on Digital Business Automation. This dynamic project, spanning 12 countries, involves defining and implementing critical products across the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure PODs are adhering to Agile standards and ITID Agile Transformation concepts
• Assist Agile Leads and Product Owners, particularly related to Jira and Confluence
• Attend POD ceremonies and offer support to Product Owners, Agile Leads, and Engineers
• Identify opportunities to introduce more effective ways of working
• Help define and report on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
• Represent the Platform at Quarterly Business Reviews
• Create KPIs to demonstrate the success of Agile within the Platform

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Understanding of an IT Operations environment
• Strong technology background
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated team player with good project management skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English language speaking and writing skills. Experience working with global teams across geographies and cultures

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Clarity/GPDM/Apptio/Pioneer
