As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in banking technology solutions, supporting initiatives that enable a stable, secure, and efficient banking experience. You will contribute to creating innovative processes and frameworks to enhance technology resilience and deliver a simpler, faster, better experience for customers and colleagues. Your work will involve engaging with stakeholders, defining operational models, and ensuring smooth project execution across diverse infrastructure portfolios in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Your main responsibilities: Engaging with stakeholders to confirm requirements and build strong relationships
- Mapping current and future process flows to identify gaps and improvements
- Defining and documenting the target operating model for technology resilience
- Conducting requirements elicitation, including creating epics and user stories under BDD
- Performing gap analysis and proposing viable solutions to address identified issues
- Supporting user acceptance testing and validating operational impacts
- Facilitating workshops to incorporate stakeholder input into operational models
- Reviewing and improving operational designs for increased effectiveness
- Reporting project progress and solution success to senior management
- Ensuring continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancement opportunities
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to document, analyze, and prioritize complex requirements
- A background in managing large-scale infrastructure or technical resilience projects
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
- Time management skills to balance competing priorities effectively
- End-to-end project lifecycle experience
- The ability to adapt communication based on diverse audience needs
- Initiative and autonomy in managing multiple project assignments
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Familiarity with financial institution processes and standards
- Experience with controls or resiliency frameworks
- IT service management certification
- Proficiency in MS Visio for process flow documentation
- Previous experience working on technology resilience frameworks
