As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution undergoing transformative projects to enhance operational efficiency and business performance. You will play a crucial role in shaping strategic solutions, ensuring that business objectives align with technological advancements and regulatory requirements. By collaborating with stakeholders across different levels, you will drive the development of effective solutions, mitigate risks, and facilitate smooth project execution. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will be key to translating complex data into actionable insights that support the company’s long-term growth and success.
Your main responsibilities: Leading requirements management by structuring solutions that align with business needs
- Assessing potential solutions by evaluating costs, benefits, and associated risks
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure smooth project delivery
- Translating complex information into actionable insights for various stakeholders
- Assessing the impact of changes on the target operating model
- Collaborating with programme management to evaluate and implement change requests
- Understanding business drivers and priorities to align solutions with strategic objectives
- Encouraging a collaborative and professional team environment
- Supporting team development and continuous improvement
- Utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project execution
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Strong business analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering and solution design
- Expertise in change and implementation management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, using tools like JIRA and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging Design Thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with international teams and global stakeholders
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work proactively
- Knowledge of business, operations, and technology-focused projects
- Ability to assess the impact of business changes and create mitigation strategies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Understanding of shared services organizations
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements within financial institutions
- Experience working on digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with business process reengineering
