As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution leading a strategic initiative to enhance data control standards. You will play a key role in supporting Programme Ellipse, ensuring the successful implementation of required data governance measures. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, documentation management, and leading workshops to drive compliance with data control frameworks. You will contribute to change management efforts while leveraging your expertise in banking and data management to optimize processes.
Your main responsibilities:
- Supporting the implementation of data control standards within Programme Ellipse
- Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment on data governance initiatives
- Preparing and maintaining detailed documentation to support compliance and process improvements
- Conducting workshops to train and align teams on data control best practices
- Collaborating with internal teams to analyze data management requirements and propose solutions
- Driving change management initiatives to enhance data governance and regulatory compliance
- Identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure data control effectiveness
- Monitoring project progress and reporting insights to key stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies related to data management
- Promoting a proactive and solution-oriented approach to business analysis tasks
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Experience in the banking domain, preferably with data management exposure
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence key partners
- Proven ability to prepare and manage project documentation effectively
- Hands-on experience in conducting workshops and training sessions
- Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data concepts clearly
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to drive change in a structured manner
- Experience in supporting large-scale transformation programs
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams
