As a Citizen Developer in the Data & Workflow Tribe, you will be working for our client, a leader in finance, driving the implementation of Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and no-code/low-code solutions. Your role will focus on designing and developing automated workflows, enhancing business processes, and supporting digital transformation. Collaborating with business teams, you will translate requirements into functional applications without extensive coding, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions in an Agile environment.
Your main responsibilities: Design and develop automated workflows using no-code/low-code platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements
- Configure and customize BPMS solutions to optimize business processes
- Integrate workflow applications with existing enterprise systems and data sources
- Ensure usability, scalability, and compliance of developed solutions
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to validate workflow functionalities
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance adoption of automation tools
- Maintain clear documentation of workflow processes and system configurations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure security and best practices in no-code development
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Experience with no-code/low-code development platforms (e.g., Power Automate, OutSystems, Mendix)
- Strong understanding of BPMS and workflow automation principles
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions without extensive coding
- Familiarity with APIs and data integration techniques in workflow automation
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and data structures
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking for process optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile teams and iterative development processes
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new automation tools
- Good English, both written and spoken
