Client Onboarding Specialist

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution supporting millions of customers worldwide across a broad range of markets and services. You will be part of a team responsible for accurately and efficiently setting up client accounts and data in internal systems, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience. This role plays a crucial part in enabling clients to access the client’s financial products and services, contributing directly to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and regulatory adherence.

Your main responsibilities: Perform client system setups based on onboarding requirements

• Verify and authorize client data in internal systems and tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
• Participate in user acceptance testing for system or feature updates
• Apply internal regulations and stay informed about current procedures
• Support client satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely setups
• Contribute to cross-functional onboarding projects and initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Analyze onboarding issues and recommend solutions to mitigate risk
• Maintain high data accuracy and compliance throughout onboarding steps

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 1–2 years of experience in a financial institution or similar environment
• Experience working with data entry, system setups or onboarding processes
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions
• Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn internal systems
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
