As a CRM + Co-pilot Studio Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution engaged in innovative digital transformation projects to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. You will be contributing to the development and integration of advanced CRM systems with AI-powered conversational solutions. This role focuses on building, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, as well as creating intelligent agents through Copilot Studio to improve service capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-performance, and secure customer interaction platforms.
Your main responsibilities: Designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service solutions
- Building and customizing conversational AI agents using Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents
- Creating and integrating Azure Bot Framework solutions with Dynamics 365
- Developing plugins, custom workflows, and web resources within Dynamics 365
- Configuring Dataverse entities, relationships, and data flows
- Integrating Azure AI services such as Cognitive Services and Azure OpenAI with Dynamics 365
- Implementing automation workflows using Power Automate and related Power Platform tools
- Managing source control and deployments using Azure DevOps and Git
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver user-focused solutions
- Troubleshooting and optimizing performance of CRM and AI-based applications
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development for Sales and Service
- 1+ years of experience with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents
- Strong skills in Dynamics 365 SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Web Resources
- Hands-on experience integrating Azure AI services with Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, and .NET
- Experience working with REST APIs for system integration
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Visual Studio
- Knowledge of Dataverse configuration and customization
- Ability to design and implement conversational AI using NLP and intent recognition
It is a strong plus if you have:
- A degree in computer science or a related field
- Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400, MB-335, or AI-102
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Sales Insights, or Customer Service Insights
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse AI features
- Experience implementing ethical AI practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
