As a D365 CRM Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading global banking and financial services organization dedicated to driving business growth and economic prosperity. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, analyzing their business processes, delivering tailored solutions, and advising on best practices to achieve their objectives. Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth implementation and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales platform across various countries.

Your main responsibilities:

• Reviewing clients’ business processes and providing in-depth analysis
• Delivering high-quality code and conducting code reviews
• Participating in backlog grooming and feeding tasks into sprints
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Unblocking stories during daily stand-ups
• Engaging in production releases and ensuring smooth deployments

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience with at least 3 complete life cycle implementations
• Hands-on technical experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales (online)
• Proficiency in using the CRM SDK to interface programmatically with Dynamics CRM
• Ability to interpret requirements and customize CRM functionality
• Experience with Canvas App and Pages on the Dynamics 365 Platform
• Expertise in building PCF controls on the Dynamics 365 Platform
• Familiarity with the Microsoft .Net stack and .NET 4.6.2
• Excellent C# and JavaScript programming skills
• Experience with Azure Functions, App Insights, and Azure Service Bus
• Skills in test-driven development, automated unit testing, and mocking
• Experience writing C# Unit Tests using frameworks like NUnit, FakeXrmEasy, and Moq

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience using front-end technologies like HTML 5, ReactJS, and AngularJS
• Knowledge of the Azure platform, specifically App Services, Functions, Logging, and various storage technologies
• Understanding of messaging platforms such as MQ Series and Azure Service Bus, with an appreciation for event-driven architecture and publish/subscribe models
• Familiarity with SOLID principles and design patterns for producing robust code
• Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks such as Auth 2.0
• Knowledge of logging frameworks and metrics, including App Insights and Serilog
• Ability to break down solutions into technical components with supportable documentation
• Experience in code reviewing pull requests and maintaining code and build quality
• Ability to proof of concept other technologies to assist the solution architect in meeting requirements
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline
