Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 100% remotely!

As a D365 CRM Functional Consultant, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 as its core customer relationship management platform across approximately 60 countries. You will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders to analyze and enhance business processes, configure and customize the CRM application, and ensure successful adoption and ongoing usage of the system.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Participating in solution implementation from analyzing business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive requirements aligned with business objectives
  • Providing in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and evaluating business processes against standard functionality
  • Utilizing Microsoft Technology and ALM stack (VSTS, PowerApps, etc.)
  • Providing ongoing input for practice improvements
  • Documenting business requirements and expected outcomes
  • Configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet business needs
  • Conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources for successful use and maintenance of the application

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Senior level consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics with a focus on business modeling and solutions implementation
  • At least 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales implementation experience with a minimum of 3 complete life cycle implementations
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft ALM stack and experience using it
  • Ability to use VSTS/TFS for task tracking
  • Experience with process-driven implementation approaches
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to document and capture business requirements and processes effectively
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
  • Emphasis on project value and client satisfaction

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with core application functionality, technology stack, and implementation methodology
  • Working knowledge of process development and industry-specific best practices
  • Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Team-oriented mindset, aligning work with team priorities and goals
  • Ability to create high-quality deliverables
  • Successful completion of applicable product certification exams
