Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 100% remotely!

As a D365 Functional Consultant, you will be working for our client, a leading global banking institution, on a transformative project to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the core customer relationship management (CRM) platform across approximately 60 countries. Your role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, providing robust solutions, and advising on best practices to meet strategic objectives. You will play a critical part in configuring, testing, and optimizing the D365 platform to align with business goals and drive significant operational improvements.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the customer’s business requirements and configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application accordingly
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive requirement gathering and alignment with business objectives
  • Evaluating business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Utilizing Microsoft Technology and ALM stack, including VSTS and PowerApps
  • Providing ongoing input for practice improvements within the delivery practice
  • Documenting business requirements to define necessary solution actions and expected outcomes
  • Customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to fulfill customer business requirements
  • Conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources for successful application use and maintenance

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Senior-level consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics with a focus on business modeling and solutions implementation
  • 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales implementation experience, including participation in a minimum of 3 complete life cycle implementations
  • A strong understanding of the Microsoft ALM stack and experience using VSTS/TFS for task tracking
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process-driven implementation approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business problems, apply high-level solution architecture, and re-engineer business processes using best practices
  • Proficiency in documenting and capturing business requirements and processes
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions
  • Skills in planning and carrying out system and user acceptance testing
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, training, client relationship, and analytical skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with core application functionality and application technology stack
  • Knowledge of implementation methodologies and industry-specific best practices
  • Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Insight and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • A team-oriented approach and the ability to align work with team priorities and goals
  • A focus on creating high-quality deliverables and ensuring project value and client satisfaction
  • Successful completion of applicable product certification exams
