As a SAS Data Warehouse Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution seeking to revolutionize its customer interactions through innovative digital solutions. You will be a key player in the development and maintenance of a cutting-edge interactive CRM ecosystem, leveraging powerful technologies like SAS Viya and Oracle. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a strategic project that will shape the future of customer experiences.

Your main responsibilities: Participating in an innovative interactive CRM/Digital project

• Ensuring the continuous, uninterrupted operation of CRM services based on Oracle/SAS technologies
• Contributing to the development of a cloud-based solution
• Having a real impact on the target architecture of the entire CRM ecosystem for the Group
• Designing and implementing new Data Marts to provide data for the Interactive CRM
• Preparing processes to report on CRM campaign effectiveness
• Developing and maintaining data models and supply processes
• Analyzing business needs, designing, and testing business solutions
• Participating in the development of business scenarios (customer journeys through PZU services) Collaborating with other IT units and external suppliers to analyze and solve problems

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Practical knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in SAS Institute tools (SAS DI Studio, SAS Viya)
• Experience working in SAS environments/tools
• Experience working in Oracle environments/tools (experience with Oracle Exadata and PL/SQL is an advantage)
• Practical knowledge of SAS Intelligent Decisioning, Event Stream Processing, CI360, and Direct technologies is a plus
• Experience in process automation
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and technologies (Bitbucket / Bamboo / Liquibase / JIRA)
