Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 80% remote

As a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services. The client is rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple countries to enhance customer relationship management (CRM). Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the solution is tailored to meet the client’s needs. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, conducting testing, and providing training to end-users, all while ensuring the solution aligns with the business objectives.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Analyzing customer business requirements and providing recommendations on Dynamics 365 configurations
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather a comprehensive set of requirements
  • Evaluating current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business needs
  • Documenting business requirements and expected outcomes for the solution
  • Conducting acceptance testing and training clients to use the system effectively
  • Utilizing Microsoft ALM stack tools (VSTS, PowerApps, etc.) for ongoing project development
  • Providing continuous feedback and suggestions for practice improvements
  • Participating in all phases of the implementation, from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Ensuring that the final solution meets business objectives and user expectations

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales implementation
  • Proven experience in at least 3 complete life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ALM stack and experience using it
  • Ability to analyze and document business requirements effectively
  • Deep understanding of process-driven implementation approaches
  • High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
  • Experience in system and user acceptance testing
  • Ability to train clients and end-users on system functionality
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with core application functionality and technology stack
  • Experience in process development and applying industry best practices
  • Expertise in solution architecture and functional/technical design
  • Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related product exams
