As a Dynamics CRM – Consultant Specialist, you will be working for our client, a major global financial institution, on the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales across 55 countries. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to review business processes, perform technical customizations, and provide expert advice to enhance CRM functionalities. Your technical expertise and strategic insights will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration and operation of the Dynamics 365 platform, driving significant improvements in customer relationship management.
Your main responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality code
- Conducting code reviews
- Performing build quality reviews
- Grooming backlog tasks for sprints
- Creating technical documentation
- Providing input in daily stand-ups to unblock stories
- Participating in production releases
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience with a minimum of 3 complete life cycle implementations
- Hands-on technical experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales (online)
- Proficiency in using the CRM SDK for programmatic interfacing with Dynamics CRM
- Skills in customizing CRM based on requirements
- Experience with Canvas App and Pages on Dynamics 365 Platform
- Expertise in building PCF controls on Dynamics 365 Platform
- Familiarity with the Microsoft .Net stack, particularly .NET 4.6.2
- Excellent C# and JavaScript programming skills
- Experience with Azure Functions, App Insights, and Azure Service Bus
- Knowledge of test-driven techniques including TDD, automated unit testing, and mocking
- Competence in writing C# Unit Tests using frameworks such as NUnit, FakeXrmEasy, and Moq
- Comfortable working with Git source control
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML 5, ReactJS, AngularJS
- Knowledge of Azure platform services, functions, logging, and storage technologies
- Understanding of messaging platforms such as MQ Series and Azure Service Bus
- Appreciation for event-driven architecture and publish/subscribe models
- Familiarity with SOLID principles and design patterns
- Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks such as Auth 2.0
- Skills in logging frameworks and metrics including App Insights and Serilog
- Ability to break down solution designs into technical components with supportable documentation
- Proficiency in code review processes to ensure quality and build standards
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline
