As an Engagement Manager, you will be working for our client, a global banking institution, spearheading the creation and dissemination of internal communications content.

Your main responsibilities:

• Producing a bank-wide email newsletter, focusing on operational communications
• Contributing to the design and development of various internal communications materials such as videos, infographics, and social intranet posts
• Developing a multichannel approach to content distribution to engage new audiences and build communities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify creative content opportunities and advise on effective formats
• Utilizing measurement, data, and insights to drive continuous improvement in communication strategies
• Supporting the planning and execution of events showcasing technology products and services
• Ensuring all content adheres to Client brand guidelines and is accessible by design
• Staying informed about new communication trends to inspire innovative approaches

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience in creating engaging communications content
• Excellent English language writing skills, especially in translating technical information for non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with stakeholders in a flexible manner
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities effectively under time pressure
• Friendly and confident communication style conducive to open dialogue with stakeholders

It is a strong plus if you have:

• ​​​​​​​Working knowledge of mass email tools like Poppulo
• Familiarity with workplace social intranets
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Premiere
