As an ERP Systems Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. The company is focused on optimizing its ERP system, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of its business processes. You will be tasked with supporting the system’s development, analyzing its impact on other systems, and suggesting improvements. Your role will involve working closely with both internal IT teams and external stakeholders, contributing to the system’s evolution through technical and programmatic expertise.
Your main responsibilities: Maintaining the ERP system
- Conducting business and system analysis for ERP system development
- Analyzing the impact of ERP system development on other systems within the group
- Proposing changes to the ERP system and other related systems
- Preparing test scenarios, executing them, and creating solutions for automated testing
- Performing technical and programming tasks (PL/SQL, SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Report, Oracle Forms, ADF, OAF) in the process of producing, developing, and maintaining the ERP system
- Building proper relationships with internal clients (within the IT team) and external clients (such as collaborators outside the IT team and contractors)
- Collaborating with the Project Management Office on subject matter expertise
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP E-Business Suite and the programming technologies used in ERP E-Business Suite
- Familiarity with general IT technologies, including HTML, CSS, XML, and HTTP
- Experience with IT tools, including source code management tools (GIT), remote repositories, SSH, and SFTP
- Knowledge of BPM and UML
- Ability to write business and system requirements, use cases, and test cases, and execute them
- General knowledge of system integration issues and how integration is carried out
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, risk assessment issues, and best practices for the development or implementation of IT solutions
- A higher education degree (preferably in IT or technical fields)
- Proficiency in English: communicative level in both written and spoken
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Independence and excellent work organization
- Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions, provide recommendations
- Attention to detail in execution
- Teamwork skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of IT tools supporting process and system modeling
- Experience with SAP SF
- Knowledge of Oracle database administration
- Familiarity with HRMS and Payroll modules
