Location: Warszawa with a 100% remote work

As an Expert Designer, you will work for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. The project you will participate in involves analyzing and designing complex financial systems, as well as collaborating with development and business teams. The work takes place in an international environment, based on Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on precision, quality, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities: Creating and developing project documentation aligned with business requirements

• Collaborating with development teams, analysts, and stakeholders
• Analyzing requirements and proposing optimal design solutions
• Consulting and verifying project compliance with system architecture
• Participating in Agile meetings and project workshops
• Supporting the team during solution implementation phases
• Implementing design changes based on new requirements
• Monitoring the quality and consistency of project documentation
• Conducting project reviews and approving documentation

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Have English proficiency at C1 level
• Have experience working in Agile methodologies
• Possess the ability to create project documentation
• Know the basics of financial market products
• Can communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Have experience working with development and analysis teams
• Can independently analyze and solve design problems
• Care about the quality and details of documentation
• Are able to work in an international environment
• Can effectively manage priorities

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working with JIRA
• Knowledge of advanced financial products
• Ability to conduct project workshops
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools
• Experience designing IT solutions for the financial sector
• Familiarity with Confluence or other documentation systems
• Experience in Agile environments at both team and program levels
• Ability to work in distributed teams
• Knowledge of corporate architecture principles
• Experience creating design standards
