As a Full Stack Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution that is redefining digital platforms for WholeSale Banking. The project aims to create a seamless Client Onboarding experience that enhances accessibility to a range of services and products. By modernizing legacy systems and embracing innovative technologies, you will play a key role in improving client interactions and driving the bank’s digital transformation efforts.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborating with team members and business stakeholders to understand requirements before starting design and development
• Designing and implementing technical solutions based on agreed-upon designs and industry best practices
• Testing solutions thoroughly before User Acceptance Testing
• Assisting with the deployment of components to development and test environments
• Managing end-to-end software delivery, from analysis to production release and support
• Releasing code to production and participating in production support on a rotational basis
• Supporting continuous integration and automated testing methodologies

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong knowledge of Java 8+ and ReactJS
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience in debugging, extending functionality, and fixing issues in existing code
• Understanding of microservice architecture and REST APIs
• Ability to write effective tests for functionalities and endpoints
• Familiarity with Redux store and CI/CD tooling
• Knowledge of security best practices for functionalities and services
• Good understanding of database schema design, with PostgreSQL being a plus
• Experience working in Unix environments and SQL databases
• Strong skills in technical documentation and user liaison

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in a front-office development team within a large investment bank
• Familiarity with additional programming languages and technologies such as Docker, Puppet, or Go
