As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global financial leader, driving innovative automation solutions for the Wholesale Banking sector. The project focuses on leveraging Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to optimize client interactions and increase staff efficiency. You will be developing, testing, and deploying cutting-edge applications using Java and various front-end technologies. The team values experimentation, flexibility, and a hands-on approach, ensuring seamless integration of solutions while continuously supporting production environments.

Your main responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining full-stack applications using Java, REST APIs, and microservice architecture
• Debugging, enhancing functionality, and resolving issues in existing code
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate new features
• Writing and executing tests to verify functionalities and ensure software reliability
• Implementing security measures for services, functionalities, and endpoints
• Designing and managing database schemas using Oracle or PostgreSQL
• Supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, and conducting root cause analysis
• Participating in CI/CD processes to automate software deployment and testing
• Engaging in production support, including incident management and service continuity
• Continuously improving software and development processes through innovation and experimentation

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Extensive experience in full-stack development, particularly with Java 8+
• Proficiency in writing REST APIs and working with microservice architectures
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues
• Strong knowledge of database schema design, particularly Oracle or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with security best practices for software development
• Experience in a DevOps environment, supporting production systems
• Solid understanding of software testing and verification methodologies
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with ReactJS and front-end development
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Understanding of IT service continuity, patching, and vulnerability management
• Familiarity with production support processes such as change, incident, and problem management
