Full Stack Engineer

Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 office days per month).

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution focused on revolutionizing the way technology products are delivered to its customers. You will play a key role in the central hub for managing technology products that helps improve overall product visibility and efficiency. Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will contribute to delivering innovative, user-friendly features while collaborating with a talented team of engineers.

Your main responsibilities: Developing features that enhance user experience and align with the mantra „Go Faster, Break Less, Protect Production”

• Leading design reviews and facilitating collaborative brainstorming sessions
• Automating repetitive tasks to optimize development processes
• Continuously exploring new technologies and applying them to improve business solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support a shared vision and objectives
• Mentoring junior team members and promoting professional growth within the team
• Staying up-to-date with evolving trends to innovate and improve developer experience
• Ensuring code quality through CI/CD pipeline, Jenkins, GIT, and security tools
• Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code in Vanilla JS, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Adopting Agile and DevOps methodologies to enhance team productivity and project delivery

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in application development
• Experience with Python, Java, Kotlin, or Clojure
• Experience in developing high-quality products using the latest technologies
• Strong knowledge of Vanilla JS, React, NodeJs, and PostgreSQL
• Solid experience with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipeline
• Proven ability to work autonomously while being a team player
• Experience with code analysis tools, security tools, Jenkins, GIT, and Confluence
• A problem-solving mindset and a self-motivated approach to challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them effectively
• High degree of personal integrity and professionalism
• A passion for both technology and understanding the business context
