Position Overview:

The HRBP will be pivotal in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. This role involves providing expert advice on team management, employee development, and motivation and leading various HR programs to enhance employee well-being and engagement. We are passionate about a data-driven approach, automation, and optimization; we expect our HRBP to integrate these principles into their role by leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions, automating routine HR tasks to enhance efficiency, and continuously seeking opportunities to optimize HR processes to align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management Advisory: Guide effective team management strategies, focusing on employee development and motivation to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Performance Evaluation and Talent Development: Collaborate in performance appraisal processes, identify talent development opportunities, and assist in creating clear career paths for employees.
  • Organizational Change and Conflict Resolution: Manage organizational change initiatives and proactively address and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Well-being Programs: Drive and execute the Company’s Well-being program.
  • Benefits and Incentive Programs: Oversee additional employee benefits, programs, and internal programs like the ITDS Club and Ambassador Program.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Organize and lead CSR activities, including employee volunteering, charitable events, and environmental initiatives, to foster a sense of community and social responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management
  • Data-Driven approach 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required
