As an IT Business Support Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, to provide crucial support to the Group Data Technology (GDT) Function.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supporting effective operations for aligned teams in core Business Management disciplines
• Managing financial management for Direct costs, ensuring technology service delivery within budget
• Understanding, managing, and reporting on Direct Costs
• Overseeing Accruals Billing globally for various service types
• Managing and preparing Cadency and mid-month analysis ledger and forecast review
• Implementing workforce strategy and driving resource management operations
• Ensuring excellent quality of workforce data across relevant tools and systems
• Managing Third-Party Engagement, SOWs, Contracts, and Invoices

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven track record in Operational, Planning, or Financial management roles
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for metrics and figures
• Experience working on a global scale and with remote teams
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Familiarity with key tools including Pioneer, Discover, GPDM, Clarity, HIBS, Jira, and Confluence etc.
• Strong Excel skills
