Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 70% remote.

As an IT PMO Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution undergoing a digital transformation. In this role, you will support the Head of Business Management, in delivering top-tier business management support to hiring managers and candidates. You will engage with senior stakeholders, sub-function heads, and workforce management teams, ensuring seamless recruitment and onboarding processes. Your contributions will drive both strategic and operational activities, improving resource management, reporting, and vendor coordination within the IT department.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing the request process for hiring across all resource types
  • Representing the team in Workforce Management and IT COO meetings with recruitment updates
  • Coordinating and conducting hiring-related sessions and training programs
  • Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring smooth onboarding
  • Ensuring new joiners complete mandatory training and providing initial support
  • Assisting hiring managers with ServiceNow, HR requests, VDI setup, and equipment allocation
  • Maintaining and updating the portfolio SharePoint page and managing access levels
  • Preparing governance packs for program leads and ensuring timely reporting
  • Engaging with vendors, addressing key concerns, and managing contracts efficiently
  • Providing ad-hoc support as required by the business

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and writing skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders within the Client Department function
  • Some understanding of IT organizations and their structures
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting
  • Experience in recruitment processes within a corporate environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Prior experience in an IT PMO or similar business management role
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and resource allocation
  • Understanding of financial institutions and their hiring processes
  • Previous exposure to vendor management and procurement databases
