IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager, you will join our Client, a company known for delivering high-quality print and digital solutions across Europe, dedicated to blending traditional expertise with modern technology to streamline operations and create value for their customers. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge projects, including building an e-commerce platform and deploying Microsoft tools such as Teams, Power BI, and AI-driven solutions in customer service. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external software houses, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will also contribute to testing, user training, and adoption of new tools while leveraging data-driven insights to support business goals.

Your main responsibilities: Manage and coordinate IT projects, including e-commerce platform development and Microsoft solution rollouts

• Lead teams of up to 10 members, including external contractors
• Collaborate with software houses to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Provide user training and support for IT tools to ensure seamless adoption
• Conduct software testing and performance monitoring
• Develop and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related tools

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role (3+ years)
• Expertise in Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience leading diverse teams, including external collaborators
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong skills in creating reports, process diagrams, and workflows
• Ability to train and support users on IT tools
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Awareness of current technology trends
• Experience with IT service management tools and key user collaboration
• Skills in creating detailed diagrams using Visio or Draw.io
