Warsaw-based opportunity to work in hybrid model

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the banking and finance sector. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services by addressing user help desk requests and incidents, monitoring the IT production environment, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT processes. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

Your main responsibilities: Ensure user help desk support for IT incidents and requests (level 1), including analysis and problem-solving

• Communicate effectively during IT incidents to keep stakeholders informed
• Monitor the IT production environment proactively to identify potential issues
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of IT processes
• Perform release quality checks to maintain high standards

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Banking/Finance and/or IT
• Functional knowledge in Structured Finance
• Knowledge of LoanIQ software
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues from different professional and cultural backgrounds
• Availability to work in shifts (between 9:00 and 19:00)
• Knowledge of French (will be a plus)
