Warsaw-based opportunity with possibility to work partly remote

As an IT Support you will work for our Client – The EU’s leading bank and key player on the international banking scene, operating in 72 countries. You will join a brand new, state-of-the-art, technology and development Hub created to bring together the strongest players in the IT market. The successful candidate will act as the technical expert responsible for the daily maintenance and proactive monitoring of services and the smooth operation of all users.

Your main responsibilities: functional and technical support to end users

• Regular communication and follow-ups with users
• Incident management
• Problem management
• Communication and coordination of production changes
• Implement and communicate quality reporting (KPI, dashboards)

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar role
• Functional knowledge of business/ops process
• Past experience with IT Support process & tools
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office package
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English

It’s nice if you have:

• Familiarity with ITIL method
