As a Lead DevOps – Cybersecurity, you will be working for our client, leading the Cybersecurity Core Engineering Automation and Integration team. This team focuses on product integration, data, and user interaction, requiring expertise in full stack and UI development, automation, and integration technologies.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive sustainable continuous improvement within the team and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
• Design and develop end-to-end solutions for infrastructure technologies
• Investigate and resolve technical issues across different environments
• Enable discipline and improvements in software delivery processes
• Manage, monitor, and report progress, issues, and risks
• Ensure adherence to Technology practices and tools
• Perform hands-on technical tasks predominantly
• Support team members’ technical development
• Understand and follow Cybersecurity strategy and vision

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in Cybersecurity, Development, or Operations
• Understanding of Data, Networks, and Endpoint security domains
• Knowledge of Software architecture, design, and delivery
• Experience in system administration or application support/development
• Technical capability in full stack engineering and front-end/UI development
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile testing, and API design standards
• Proficiency in MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB databases
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
• Commitment to continuous learning and leading by example

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with Wireframing, HTML/CSS/JS, REST, SOAP, JSON, Microservices
• Background in Windows/Linux/UNIX environments
• Flexible and adaptable approach to change
