MI Reporting Quality Analyst

As an MI Reporting Quality Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution. The MI Reporting team is responsible for reporting metrics at all levels of the organization, including Global Businesses, Global Functions, as well as all Regions, Countries, and Entities. Additionally, they collaborate closely with the Advanced Analytics team to drive automation efforts.

Your main responsibilities:

• Designing, coordinating, delivering, and maintaining multiple MI report products for key stakeholders
• Acting as a liaison between control owners, the metric production team, and the business to ensure effective reporting on controls and accurate data representation for auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring the quality of published reports in terms of accuracy, completeness, and visual appeal
• Building and maintaining an MI knowledge base on key controls information, data documentation, business processes, and team expertise
• Coordinating the daily work of the MI team and ensuring quality assurance
• Supporting the report production process as needed

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Very good observation skills
• Experience building and maintaining reports using various technologies/tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI, or Tableau
• Proficiency with Excel macros and advanced formulas
• Experience with report creation automation and/or automation of data processing
• Experience in Project Management or Business Analysis to organize, schedule, and maintain workflow
• Experience working in reporting teams
• Experience working at an operational level in international environments
• Experience in technical writing and report authoring
• Demonstrated thought leadership in building reports that meet stakeholder needs
• A team-oriented mentality combined with the ability to complete tasks independently to a high-quality standard
• Good communication skills
• A good understanding of how data works

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with report creation and data visualization
