As a MS Dynamics Architect, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services. The client is undertaking a major transformation project to enhance customer engagement through the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Your role will involve leveraging your extensive experience in Dynamics 365 to create innovative solutions that solve complex business problems, streamline processes, and improve customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and customize Dynamics 365 to meet the client’s specific business requirements.

Your main responsibilities:

• Leading the evaluation of new technologies to meet business requirements
• Providing technical thought leadership and influencing key stakeholders in adoption decisions
• Designing innovative solutions to solve complex business problems
• Configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
• Creating Functional and Technical Specifications for system customizations, data migration, and integrations
• Collaborating with business users to gather and document system requirements
• Building and configuring Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
• Leading system integrations and utilizing CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints
• Implementing Dynamics SDK and administering CRM systems using third-party tools like XRMToolbox
• Supporting the adoption of Dynamics 365 and contributing to platform improvements

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications
• 5+ years of project experience and 3+ years of consulting experience
• Professional certification in CRM or willingness to obtain certification
• Strong experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics and Dynamics 365
• Proven ability to create innovative solutions that address complex business requirements
• Experience with .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and C#
• Proficiency in using Dynamics SDK and third-party tools such as XRMToolbox
• Deep understanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platform and experience with Dynamics 365 integrations
• Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, SharePoint, or other Microsoft products
• Knowledge of Visual Studio, PowerBI, and O365 Administration
• Familiarity with Azure SQL, SSIS, or ETL technologies
• Experience with Dynamics Portals and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery tools like Jenkins and GitHub
• Experience working with middleware tools like Websphere or Tomcat
• A solid understanding of the financial services industry and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
• Knowledge of Confluence, Jira
