As a PLM Systems Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading company in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. You will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining computerized systems supporting research, development, and quality assurance. Your responsibilities will include system administration, development, and integration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with international teams, contribute to large-scale projects, and provide second- and third-line support. Your main responsibilities: Implement new IT systems and applications
- Participate in cross-functional international projects and collaborate with the Project Management Office
- Create and analyze requirement specifications and implementation agreements, including in English
- Manage, monitor, administer, maintain, and support computerized systems, ensuring compliance with GxP and quality system requirements
- Provide second- and third-line support (ITIL) for incident resolution
- Develop and execute system tests and participate in validation and qualification processes
- Oversee and support key multi-area computerized systems, such as Waters Empower 3, AMPLEXOR Life Sciences Suite (EDMS), Labware LIMS, Dotmatics Suite (ELN), Oracle Health Sciences Empirica Trace, Citrix, VMware, and SharePoint
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- A higher education degree (preferably in IT, technical sciences, exact sciences, or multidisciplinary Life Sciences)
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Experience in administration, maintenance, and development of at least one system: Waters Empower 3, Labware LIMS, or AMPLEXOR Life Sciences Suite (EDMS)
- Knowledge of GAMP5 requirements for GxP-critical computerized systems
- Ability to write macros in Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand business needs and technical capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to convey information precisely
- Knowledge of SQL, EMC Documentum, VMware, Citrix, IIS, Apache, MS SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, PostgreSQL, MS Windows Server, or SharePoint (preferred)
- Familiarity with business processes and administration of ELN/LIMS/LES, CDMS, PLM/EDMS/RIM/QMS/PhVMS systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with business processes in Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Quality Assurance (covered under preferred system administration knowledge)
