As a PMO..
Your main responsibilities: Ability to prepare, control and challenge project status reports and other project documentation
- Knowing of core project management artefacts and experience in drafting them
- Knowledge of PMO frameworks
- Experience in tracking multiple projects/programmes
- Ability to see bigger picture with keeping eye on details
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills – communication with PMS, technical people and senior managers
- Experience in being PMO single point of contact: advising on requirements, QA expert
- Good understand of portfolio-programme structure
- Proactiveness
- Defining and helping in execution of key PMO processes
- Very good knowledge of Clarity PPM tool, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Confluence, MS Suite Office
- Multitasking, self-starter, ability to work under minimal supervision
- Being well organized, disciplined, open, communicative
- Familiarity with HSBC Change Framework as a big plus
- Quality Assurance experience
