Gdynia-based opportunity with possibility to 4 days a week remotely

As a PMO Specialist you will work for our Client – a leading European universal bank offering a wide range of banking and financial services in northern Europe. You will be responsible for working according to the Exposure to traditional project management.

Your main responsibility: Analysing, solving of issues and high attention to details

• Understanding of financial processes and experiencing in cost estimations, accruals creation and invoice handling
• Communicating comfortable and navigating among multiple stakeholders and sense of urgency to secure timely and consistent communication
• Working as a connection between Execution Leaders and Project Portfolio Management and a key enabler for the successful execution of projects and programmes

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience as a PMO Specialist on medium to large scale Projects, Hubs or Programmes
• PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification
• Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
• Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tools
• PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification
• Very Good MS Office skills incl. PowerPoint and Excel skills, good knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, PPM
• Fluent English
