As a Power Platform Senior Developer, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, helping to drive the digitization of operational activities. You will be at the forefront of delivering scalable technology solutions while maintaining high standards in coding, documentation, and testing. Your work will directly impact the global operations framework, engaging with the complexities of international product development. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, agile environment where your contributions will influence digital initiatives across all key markets.

Your main responsibilities:

• Deliver projects, applications, and automated workflows using Power Platform tools
• Communicate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide updates
• Lead and execute best practices in coding and delivery for Power Platform projects
• Conduct feasibility assessments and develop proof of concepts
• Perform code reviews and coaching sessions for less experienced developers
• Support DevOps setup, including CI/CD pipelines and environment administration
• Document technical specifications and create user manuals
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong experience as a Power Platform Developer, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (minimum 2/3 years)
• Proficiency in designing and implementing data models and visualizations in Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases for independent work on Power BI reports
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in designing application UI/UX, particularly for canvas applications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
• Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration with Power Platform
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Skills in DAX and M languages
• Knowledge of Jira
• Certifications: Power Platform Developer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, and/or Azure DevOps Engineer
