As a Product Owner you will be working for our client, a leading international financial institution undergoing a major digital transformation. You will drive innovative projects that leverage AI Agents to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce the dependency on large development teams. Your role will involve defining the vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders, AI systems, and a small team of developers. This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI-enabled products are delivered in a global organization.
Your main responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI Agent–driven initiatives
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with AI specialists, developers, and business stakeholders to refine requirements
- Oversee product development cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Analyze and evaluate AI Agent performance to improve efficiency and output
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security, and regulatory requirements
- Drive adoption of AI-driven solutions across teams and business units
- Monitor market trends and emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities
- Report progress, risks, and key metrics to senior management
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role
- Hands-on experience working on projects involving AI Agents
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize product performance
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and data scientists
- Knowledge of AI tools, frameworks, and integration methods
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
