As a Programme Manager, you will be working for our client, a major global financial institution, leading a dynamic team across multiple locations. Your primary focus will be on the Regulatory Excellence programme, managing regulatory reporting deployments and enhancements. You will oversee product development roadmaps, ensure effective delivery strategies, and maintain stakeholder engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile, engaging programme, contributing to significant organizational change and development.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Owning delivery execution within the Regulatory Excellence programme
  • Ensuring holistic oversight of the product development roadmap and adoption plans
  • Accountable for programme delivery strategy and approach across multiple projects
  • Leading Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and PMOs on global delivery
  • Proactively partnering with Product and SMEs in planning and forecasting
  • Managing intake of new work and evaluating change requirements
  • Driving stakeholder discussions on delivery strategy, scope, and budget
  • Managing resource plans, budgets, and detailed deliverables
  • Serving as an escalation point for managing risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Using change management tools to establish delivery dashboards and reports
  • Partnering with global Programme Managers to implement delivery management vision
  • Establishing effective controls and quality assurance processes
  • Managing and mentoring Project Management and Scrum team members

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Exceptional understanding of data in the context of regulatory reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of financial institutions and services
  • Extensive programme management experience in large, complex global deliveries (10+ years)
  • Ability to develop capability in change teams through coaching and training
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate high-performing global teams
  • Strong stakeholder management experience from executive level to analysts
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to manage complexity
  • Proven track record of delivering programmes on time and on budget
  • Experience applying Agile methodology in programme and product development
  • Impeccable written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Fluent English

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Agile certification(s) (e.g., SAFe)
