Warsaw – based opportunity with possibility to work 3-4 days a week remotely.

As a Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution leading a strategic transformation project within the CEO Office. The goal is to design and implement a global reporting system by integrating data from nine departments and automating the currently manual reporting process. You will manage the delivery roadmap, coordinate stakeholders across multiple locations, and ensure successful implementation of the reporting platform. A background in business analysis and familiarity with data-centric projects will be key to understanding the business context and delivering value through smart automation.

Your main responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of a global reporting transformation project

• Define the project roadmap and oversee milestones, timelines, and risks
• Coordinate input and collaboration between nine departments and IT teams
• Support the integration and automation of reporting processes using tools such as Alteryx
• Monitor progress across project phases and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and deliverables
• Supervise and support the assigned Business Analyst in gathering and validating data
• Report regularly on project status, including dependencies and risks, using standard PM tools
• Ensure consistency across reporting locations and scalability of the new solution
• Contribute to testing, user adoption, and final system rollout

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of business analysis methods and data flow mapping
• Experience managing cross-departmental or global projects in corporate environments
• Familiarity with reporting systems, data automation, and tools such as Alteryx
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders
• Proven success in managing delivery roadmaps and long-term transformation projects
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with hybrid project management approaches (Agile/Waterfall)
• Fluent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
• Ability to quickly understand complex project contexts and propose tailored solutions
