As a Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a global leader in healthcare data and technology services, supporting life sciences organizations in optimizing their operations and patient outcomes. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of translation and localization projects across multilingual and multidisciplinary teams. You will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with linguists, clients, and vendors around the world, while continuously improving project performance through effective use of technology and process optimization.
Your main responsibilities: Your main responsibilities: Manage multiple translation and localization projects from initiation to delivery
- Liaise with clients to define project requirements, timelines and deliverables
- Select, coordinate and manage linguists and vendors according to project needs
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and financials
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and the Quality Management System
- Perform quality checks to guarantee final deliverables meet standards
- Maintain and update linguistic resources such as glossaries and style guides
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across all project stages
- Utilize TMS and CAT tools to streamline workflows and ensure consistency
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management within the language services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a linguistic, business or scientific field
- Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency considered a plus
- Proficiency with TMS and CAT tools; experience with XTRF and/or memoQ is highly advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Ability to work independently and use initiative while following instructions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities
- Advanced IT proficiency and adaptability to new systems
