QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking company that is revolutionizing the tech industry with its innovative solutions. This project involves testing and ensuring the quality of web applications, combining both manual and automated testing to achieve the highest levels of performance, security, and reliability.

Your main responsibilities:

• Performing manual testing of web applications to identify and report defects
• Creating functional documentation for tested units
• Developing, executing, and maintaining automated tests using tools such as Selenium, Jasmine, or Playwright
• Testing APIs using Postman or similar tools
• Collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently
• Analyzing business requirements and acceptance criteria to create comprehensive test scenarios

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in software testing
• Hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications
• Proficiency in writing automated tests with tools like Selenium, Jasmine, or Playwright
• Experience in API testing using Postman or equivalent tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and their impact on testing workflows
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of Kanban or Scrum methodologies and experience with tools like Jira
