React Native Developer

As a React Native Developer, you will be working for our client, a global financial services organization driving the digital transformation of mobile customer journeys. You will be leading a high-performing team to design and develop secure, scalable, and responsive applications using React Native. The project focuses on delivering innovative onboarding and banking solutions across iOS and Android platforms, aligned with strict security, compliance, and accessibility standards. You will be managing the full development lifecycle, championing best practices, and ensuring smooth delivery through agile and DevOps methodologies.

Your main responsibilities: Leading the technical delivery of mobile solutions using React Native

• Designing, developing, and testing cross-platform applications for iOS and Android
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable mobile architectures
• Mentoring team members and driving adoption of best development practices
• Integrating with backend services and APIs using modern frameworks
• Ensuring compliance with corporate security and accessibility standards
• Using CI/CD pipelines to manage builds, testing, and releases
• Managing and coordinating software releases to production environments
• Participating in code reviews, testing strategies, and performance tuning
• Documenting systems, processes, and technical decisions effectively

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience delivering production-level React Native applications
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native CLI
• Strong expertise in mobile development with iOS and Android tools (e.g., Xcode, Android Studio)
• Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with debugging mobile-native issues within React Native environments
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX and accessibility standards
• Practical knowledge of Git and IDEs like IntelliJ or VSCode
• Hands-on experience working in agile development teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience using RePack or alternative bundling tools for React Native
• Background in digital banking or onboarding application development
• Knowledge of design tokens and mobile component libraries
• Familiarity with data formats like JSON and XML for mobile data handling
• Passion for test-driven development and continuous improvement
