As a Release Manager, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution shaping the future of banking with digital innovation. In this role, you will oversee release cycles across multiple markets, ensuring smooth coordination and governance. You’ll play a pivotal role in launching features and products that enhance the financial lives of millions of customers worldwide.

Your main responsibilities:

• Forward-planning release cycles in alignment with other commitments
• Coordinating, planning, and managing all release content and effort for assigned markets
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure visibility and scope of upcoming releases
• Hosting Release Readiness reviews and Business Go/No-Go reviews
• Maintaining the release schedule and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Participating in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and impediments

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a release/project management discipline
• A passion for release management and a proactive approach
• Good working knowledge and experience with github, jenkins, or deployment tools
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Experience in Agile project management and release management
• Strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with audit requirements, cybersecurity, and change management
• An appreciation for automation and continuous delivery
• Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Experience with QA sign-off processes prior to release
